Cancellation & Changes

Every SoilGal item is printed to order, so production starts soon after you place your order.

Cancel or change within 12 hours

To cancel your order, or change the size, color, style or shipping address, email hello@soilgal.com within 12 hours of placing it. Include your order number and what you’d like to change.

After 12 hours

Once your order is in production we usually can’t cancel or change it. Don’t worry — our 30-Day Love It Promise still applies after delivery: a refund with no return needed, or a new T-shirt size.

Wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
